Cowgirl Tuff Barrel Race

 

The Melbys will be hosting a fundraising jackpot for the MRA for their fundraiser. Sept 13th at 11 am. There will be a peewee, youth, 4D, 5D barrels and a 3 head breakaway. Lets all try to support this as it goes to our awards fund. Look for flyer which will be on the MRA website soon.

Exibitions start at 11

peewee 10 and under class for $5.
a youth 11-18 for $10
open 4d with 1/2 sec. splits for $20.
3 head breakaway for $30.
5d barrel race for $20.

Potluck food stand
All money will go to MN Rodeo asa a fundraiser.

 

Candle Sales:

Candles will be available to pick up at the Melby Jackpot on the 13th, the MRA meeting in Sept, The Cowgirl Tuff Co barrel Sept 26-27, or at the MRA Finals Oct 3-4. Call Christine at 701-388-1069 for other arrangements.

United Vet Equine/Med Vet Pharmaceuticals will have a supplement donation for the top 15!

Jill Berends and Triple B made a cash donation to the Barrel Racers ! Thank you and thanks for the extra effort put forth on working on the ground condition. Especially at Glenwood.

Any barrel racer in the top 15 not mentioned above please contact myself or Tina Slipka if you would like to be eligible for the added awards at the finals. Time is running out. If you do not participate in a fundraiser your awards will be passed down to someone who has.

***and those of you that make the finals we also ask that you bring 15 of an item to share with your fellow competitors like in years past (EXAMPLE OF ITEMS GIVEN IN YEARS PAST: lotion, date books, maps, wooden signs etc) Call me if you have questions.****
