Champion Saddles and Award Buckles
If your event does not bring in the $2000 sponsorship amount needed to pay for the saddles, champion buckles will be awarded in place of the saddle and $20 will be added onto your entry fee at the finals to pay for the cost of the buckles. Contact your event director today to help with sponsorships.

In the case that an event does not fill we will invite cardholders to fill the event. Invited contestants will compete for money only and will not be elligible for the year-end awards.

Friday: October 2, 2009
- Mandatory check in 11 AM to 1:00PM
- Contestant and finals personnel (mandatory) meeting 1:30 PM
- Timed event cattle ran after mandatory meeting
- Rodeo Performance 1, 6:30 PM (all contestants participate in grand entry with finals jackets on.)
- All round winners to autograph session after rodeo (main entry way of arena)$100 fine if no show.
- Dance to follow rodeo (each round winner will be introduced)
Saturday October 3, 2009
- Pancake breakfast 8:00 AM
- General membership meeting 10:00 AM
- Group Pictures after meeting (mandatory) $25.00 fine if not present
- Queen Contest 12:30 PM
- Church Service 4:00 PM
- Exceptional Rodeo 5:00 PM
- Exceptional Rodeo Awards Ceremony at 6:25 PM
- Rodeo Performance 2, 6:30 PM (Grand Entry all contestants participate with finals jackets on.) Pending

Pickup men will run cattle out during performance

Pickup men will take calves from arena with rope

Arena times: Arena will close 5:30 pm on Friday night, and 4:30 pm on Saturday night.

Victory laps will be taken on your own horse. Round Winners must take a victory lap (Fines $25 will be enforced)

Rough stock riders will have their riggings and ropes set and ready when the arena director calls for them. (Fines $25 will be enforced)

Barrel racers you have two attempts, then a 30 second time limit when the arena is set and your name is called. After 30 seconds you are turned out. (Fines $25 will be enforced)

Positions in the barrel racing will be drawn for. Hand rake after 5 runs.

Timed event no circling in front of the box. When the arena is ready you have two attempts, then 30 seconds to set your horse. Stock will be turned out (Fines $25 will be enforced)

Round winners must proceed to autograph session in main lobby. Fine of $100 if not present. (stay for ½ hour)

Barrel racers must have setters on each barrel

Steer Wrestling horses will be caught by the first person to catch, there will be no waiting for the horse to come to the hazer.

A MINIMUM of 3 holes will be paid at the finals in all events.
