February Meeting Highlights

• Queen Report - working to update the current application process and communicating with interested contestants.

• Awards & Fundraising - would like to have all sponsorships in by June 1st to allow for promotion of these sponsors and better prepare for promotion at Finals.

• Rules & By Laws - numerous rule changes were approved to be posted for 30 days before final voting. Please see all of the proposed rule changes in the file below.
