Ordering awards for finals was discussed as all awards will be ordered next Friday so that we can unsure that they will be here on time for finals.
We are still in need of sponsorships for the 2024 year/finals and all help with this is appreciated.
Budgets were set for some finals positions and we will send out bid applications to contractors and personal inviting them to bid/be a part of our finals.
Carm stated that she has had some questions regarding ground money and turn out fees. Both of these were discussed and led to further discussion about turn out fees and Emit stated that will look into the rule book further so that we can be clear on all of these.
Dustin brought forward his concerns about the cattle at the Britton Rodeo and discussion was held on how to move forward with this and how we can offer constructive criticism and help with possibly bettering the situation.
We have vendor booth still available for finals!
Our next meeting is August 13th at 7:30pm.
